1. Immerse | Gathering insights
This is the first step in the modelling process. It is the most critical of all steps. It requires two teams;
1. Key personnel from the client and
2. The M24 Modelling team who will facilitate the modelling workshop.
This is a discovery workshop and is designed to immerse both teams within a confidential environment of strategic discovery and insight with a view to becoming knowledge aware of the specific enterprise at hand.
2. Incubate | Design thinking, ideation
Once the entire enterprise canvas has been developed the modelling team then documents the new Enterprise Model through written narrative, it is then published and prepared for the next step 4. Intent | Fleshing out Risk. The document also becomes a briefing paper for the client, various advisors and stakeholders.
3. Inscribe | Develop model narrative
The modelling team develops the strategic pillars of the Enterprise Model, passing the data through a rigorous design and strategic thinking process, filtering out various qualitative and quantitative scenarios critical to the function of the business. The distillation of which creates a unique and distinctive model, replete with sound and robust solutions and ideas designed to confirm and authenticate the enabling of the eventual enterprise within a real-world environment.
4. Intent | Fleshing out risk
Here our governance and consulting teams brings to the Model recommendations and propriety advice that ensure safe title and tenure.
Risk is the leading factor that contributes to the downfall of most enterprise fails. Enterprise/business modelling contributes to enterprise resilience.
5. Insight | Show casting the model
This stage is the moment of truth, when we, the modelling team, come together with you, the client, to cast and present the Enterprise Model in detail. First up we start with the overview, followed by a comprehensive insight into the model delving into the various content chapters and their primary outcomes, followed by Q+A response dialogue leading into the closing summary and project actions pathways.
6. Enable | Launch
Mobilising a project implementation plan is the go forward stage that is primarily informed by the final Enterprise Model. This stage is the most powerful of all stages as it commences the mobilisation and implementation of the enterprise.
